Mr. Britton has been extremely professional and friendly. He explained the issues with my ACL and meniscus injury in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand way. I now know exactly what needs to happen in terms of surgery and would have been comfortable asking for clarification if I was unsure of anything. Everything has been well-organised and I feel very confident in the steps that are being taken under the care of Mr. Britton.

Mr. Britton was very easy to talk to and explained the condition of my knee and how the surgery would be performed in detail. He also gave me a website to refer to at home. The x rays and MRI were on screen for me to see and all my questions were answered. My treatment at the Nuffield Hospital York was excellent and again Mr. Britton took time to check all was well after the operation and to detail the surgery. I am delighted by the outcome of surgery. I can thoroughly recommend Mr. Edward Britton as a very professional, caring and efficient specialist. ,

At my first and consequent meetings with Mr Britton I felt that he was interested in everything I had to say, I felt I was able to describe or explain any symptoms or problems I had - his explanation of my complaint was very clear and precise. We had a discussion of my operation and all outcomes and choices of treatment were discussed. I have no suggestions to improve the care and attention I received from Mr Britton.

From start to finish with Mr Britton I found him helpful and caring he kept me informed of each step of my treatment, I always felt relaxed about everything going forward the after care was always helpful and he made a point of asking me if I had any concerns or if I needed to ask anything it was no trouble at all

Very approachable and felt like I could ask questions without feeling stupid. Understandably very busy so felt a little conscious of time and I left forgetting I had a couple more questions however really lovely chap and would definitely be happy to be in his care again
